Passenger always asks to buy ticket earlier than the days of departure. The problem is if the ticket not available as the system already manipulate the demand and it is not absolutely transparent. Some agent could buy with empty name, this is create another chain of seller that can increase the ticket price.
Since long the system of Indonesia airline ticket on question, consumer had to be patient when their traveling could go vulnerable. Suddenly the ticket price goes double in second just a dip of eye. Just refresh the search the price already change or it is Ok if just increase but if disappear, would be disaster and have to extend the vacation or stay.
Perhaps ticketing system have to be closely monitored by agency especially on peak season. Even on daily basis sometime make a pattern like days of weekend, which hardly could get basic price. This will force the consumer to stay longer, or extend their business purpose.
The ticketing service always hiding in advise that passenger should buy ticket earlier or far from the day departure. It is OK for traveler but for business purpose can not plan in advance. Sometimes the schedule are so tight and have to catch the exact day, this would be a trouble or buy expensive ticket.
The ticket system have to be reform in reducing the monopoly and should be created in fair solution. The first priority is consumer need for the ticket should be available on daily basis. Even it is a normal day should be created above the the demand.
Actually system already know daily demand or even on the whole year to come. This is absolutely not acceptable if ticket not available at all.
