If you see recent news the rich are selling their property, it doesn’t mean property in downturn. It show how they manage their assets on calculating with their debt, settling for new strategy in investing. This time focus are shifted to new area regarding health business.
Regularly I check the value of property in Nova scotia since two years ago. There is one house near lake that the value is still raising. If I bought that time it must 3 fold this time, even in pandemic time people look for safe place, a house for every purpose.
Nowadays work from home are on trend, whether you like it or not it will still in need on near future. Pandemic still no sign to end, every optimistic built only to convince public that they are still on future. Though unknown whether with you or not.
Strategy must be on place regarding how we manage our assets, not all on one risky investment. Have them diverse in many risk, from low with low return to high with possibility high return or nil. Basically always keep safe side a portion to settle in hard time.
Like wise people said, don’t be to greedy. Accept what we have and settle for purposes. Even that on grey area, look for bright side.
