Actually there’s no emergency cases, it’s neglected early sign that fall within the disease. Especially for planning cases which already routine controls in progress. It’s unqualified junior who want to tease her senior lol.
That’s why any case done after midnight or in bad timing is poor junior, so fire her once for all lol. That’s the cruel mind, in softly approach it’s how we teach our junior in managing the cases. Either by pushing or delaying the progress, really doing cases in bad time is disgusting.
Not only for us, it also our colleagues who part of the team. Though usually they jokingly speak up bitterly in smile, but inside keeping the record, that their colleagues is indecent lol. That’s why entertain them with something sweet after that lol.
Private life, why not
There’s always a way having private life, away from something unnecessary in bad time. Quality me time with family, is the heaven. Perhaps indirectly approach, but better in managing the cases without risking the bearer.
In meantime is important how to see the cases going on in standard procedures before improvise in goodly approach. It’s not to be correctly alteration, but always follow the guidelines. Alterations only in managing risks, otherwise losing control of the progress is a mistake.
There’s a point in managing the time, by creating also good coordination with other team. That’s why choosing the qualified team is important. Though not directly, also could be selected through education, teach them the best approach in it.
Experting in progress
It should gradually improve by learning well the interested field. Starting with subject which having chance to improve, otherwise keeping focus ordinary one. The strategy is expertise the routine cases as basics for all to be managed nicely.
Perhaps too early now, but by learning the subject knows the points in the next steps. Furthermore it’s a planning cases which consider the best way to see the chance for changing to improve. It’s not to change which already have patterns or guidelines, it improvements according to input and conditions.
Changing is not bad in standard which already scientifically proof, but seeing some part to improve is necessary. Without improvements the lying of cases are to dump old routine. Making life public available for all time is tiring.
