Just three days ago was zero bed in nearby hospital, then today suddenly climbing up fourteen bed occupied. It really start to worry what’s called third wave incoming in our door. It was already alarming a week ago as many districts show raised, that proof our enemy still stay strong.
There’re many blank spot that we couldn’t notice the movement of this disease, undetected carrier and non vaccines remain the cause of the disease still strong. Our euforia perhaps already cut short, many international event have to be consider the fitness of the conditions. We’re already fall within range of serious attacks to third wave.
We should start again enforcing health protocol, something already neglected for several weeks. Now this is the result of those euforia, also this is how we’re not listening our epidemiolog concern of our crowd. This time again we repeat our suffering with uncertainty, about our capacity to stop the spreading again.
Too believe in herd immunity
There’s misperception about herd immunity, something that becomes culprit of the incoming third wave. Herd immunity should follow standard procedures, including how interactions between disease and vaccines. If the vaccines not really reliable to protect, so herd immunity will not be there even if already hundreds percent vaccinated.
Our policy makers seem so stubborn in believing the herd immunity, without seeing the fact of the vaccines. Perhaps too political motivated than real scientific in approaching the conditions. Something would push us fall within our mistake.
When vaccines could not provide herd immunity, our policy should strictly follow health protocol. Something already neglected after people receive vaccines, this our mistake. Euforia that killed our falsely winning, and now the disease start to laugh.
Too much business in policy
Our testing also questionable on reability in provide coverage in many blank spot, including in border area. Something becomes the source of climbing again, too many confusing change in policy regarding this testing. Even the unskilled or not reliable person speak up about this testing, really poor how we handle this disease.
Our scientific policy seem just no use as the conditions already messed up, our policy maker playing behind the suffering of this pandemic. There’re many taking advantage by making profit for their selves, really disgusting. It likely now we’re in process of unreliable policy.
Perhaps now time to consider bringing everyone at home, before the cases occupied our hospital bed. Enforce the health protocol fully again, not just campaign in media. Enforcement should be present on site, we should prepare before everything too late.
