Keep me juicy please

 This static bicycle already more than five year with us, still working nicely. The only problem just around the gearbox, that have to be lubricate to run smoothly. Otherwise the lesser setting turn like the heavy one lol, you know there’s a switch to choose how to ride this bicycle.

The lowest one is the lighters to ride, it like less in burning calories. Usually for beginners, need to choose this setting. Also for warm up, the light one is for starting, after that can go to heavy one. Actually this bicycle very helpful to keep us fit, while still stay at home.

This pandemic might cost every chance to sport outdoors, even the cases which already declined. Still alert on rising cases on the other side this country. New variants which so much unknown, keeping every freedom to move wipe away.

Not too much

There’s a monitor to check the vital sign in this static bicycle, to see how our organ cope to this exercise. It really helpful as parameters when it have to stop the exercise. Otherwise too tired could start a mild flu, it really happened, as sometimes too enjoy the ride, forget that already too much sweating.

Perhaps that the cause of the flu, usually low intake or unbalanced fluid could start flu. It mean our body too tired, there are some essential components lost with sweating. It have to be replaced soon, just water, it’s okay.

Furthermore relaxing, having enough rest. Actually exercise just to keep our body fit, more than that could incite a problem, including too tired could start heart problems. Usually not for the first time, but it have to be collect in many occasions.

Measure the progress 

One of important in monitoring how far the exercise, by checking the kilometer on the screen. It show perfectly the results of exercise. For example yesterday could reach five kilometer with so much sweating and heart beat reach above hundreds, than today could add little or just keep like yesterday.

As everyday exercise we already know the limits, then start to improve on next day or on schedule target. Not to be  hurry to set maximum exercise, since for on diet they want a fast progress. It really dangerous to our health.

It have to be fully monitored by health consultants, as related in sudden death. Too much exercise without a proper measurement, is like making problems to our health. Consistency and taking precautions on limits already set during consultation is wise approach.
